Global Diversity Shipping and Return Policy
Shipping Options
We can ship to virtually any address in the world.
Domestic Shipping
- 10 to 14 business days (plus order processing typically takes an additional 2 to 3 business days)
- Some destinations may take longer. Standard shipping fees per item is $3.50.
International Priority Shipping
- 3 to 7 business days (plus order processing typically takes an additional 2 to 3 business days). Standard shipping fees per item is $6.50.
General Returns Policy
You may return new, unopened items sold within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Send an e-mail to our customer service team at info@globaldiversitysummit.org and we will guide you through the process. Make sure you receive a confirmation e-mail from us before returning your item. Also include a printed copy of the confirmation e-mail with your item(s) that you are returning.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. International returns will take longer.
Items that are not returnable
- Any DVDs that has been opened/taken out of its original plastic wrap. (If you discover that the item is defective after the package is opened, a full refund or replacement will still be granted.)
- Any item not returned in the condition it was received.
Exchanges
If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, contact customer service via email info@globaldiversitysummit.org to request a replacement. If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item and contact customer service via email info@globaldiversitysummit.org (you will be refunded your original purchase price once we receive the item) and place another order for the item you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order.
Please note that it takes us 3 to 5 business days to process returns once they arrive at our Returns Center.
